Sprout There! the ground-to-fork healthy eating allotment project for adults with learning disabilities is now in its 4th successful year.
Under the tuition of qualified horticulturalists, participants learn basic gardening skills in cultivation, seed sowing, maintenance and the harvesting and cooking of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Our large polytunnel provides a protective space for growing plants and classroom based activities and our raised beds enable easier access for attendees to grow a wide range of edible crops.
Our year round program provides opportunities to enjoy the environment through an array of stimulating horticultural activities and gardening themed day trips.
